The number of cr edits required
to complete a M.S.W. depends upon the undergraduate preparation
of the
student. Those students with a B.S.W. fr om a program
accredited by the Council on Social Work Education
can complete the M.S.W. program with 35 cr edit
hours. Those with a non-social work bachelor’s
degree
will need to add foundation level classes and can
complete the program with 63 credit hours.
